About Kath
Early 2002 as a mum of two young boys and the wife of a husband who had just started a new business, life quickly became a whirlwind.
I found myself caught up in the routine of looking after everyone else — making sure the kids were happy, the house was running smoothly and supporting my husband as he worked crazy hours to get the business off the ground. I was genuinely happy to see his hard work paying off, but somewhere in the middle of it all, I lost sight of myself and my own sense of purpose.
That’s when I made the decision to go back to university and retrain in the health field. Between studying, school drop-offs, sports and a husband who was still deeply focused on his business, there wasn’t much space left in the day for me.
But that’s when it really hit me: if I wanted to be fully present for my family, I needed to start taking care of myself too. Finding that balance — carving out even small moments just for me — became such an important part of my journey.
My passion
I’m passionate about being the healthiest version of myself and living life to its fullest. I value time with family and friends and thrive on embracing new opportunities, adventures, travel and moments in nature. I’m stubborn—in the best way—driven, determined, and deeply committed to helping others, not out of obligation, but because it’s simply who I am.
Outside of coaching you will most likely find me outdoors where I can recharge and enjoy the beauty around me. Spending time with family & friends keeps me grounded. Beyond that, I’m committed to continually learning, whether through reading, exploring new interests or challenging myself in different ways.
